Cool MACD

The classic MACD is an oscillator which measures the distance between two moving averages.  These MAs are referred to as fast and slow.  The MACD normally shows the difference as the price difference between the two lines.  Because of the differences in price of the underlying assets, it has not been useful to use the MACD with levels to determine whether the underlying asset has overextended.  This new indicator changes everything.

The Cool MACD adds 3 additional ways of displaying this data.

1. Shows the difference in in terms of ATR
2. Shows the difference in terms of Standard Deviations
3. Shows the difference in terms of percent of the underlying asset.

Because ATR, StdDev, and percent are independent of the price, you can establish levels at which you can look for reversals.
